Mesa Safe Depository Safes and Security Safes Limited Warranty: Mesa Safe Limited one year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship in these products. What is NOT covered: 1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: a. Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. 3. Normal wear, battery replacement, any periodic maintenance or where combination lock has been changed without factory authorization. 4. Under no circumstances will Mesa Safe be held liable at anytime for contents of said Safe(s). Mesa Safe Company will not, under any circumstances, be liable to the initial consumer for any incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase or use of any Mesa Safe Company product(s) including fire resistant steel safes. Mesa Safe Company’s liability for any breach of this warranty shall be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the defective product(s), as described above or a refund of the product(s). In no event shall Mesa Safe Company’s obligation under this warranty exceed the price of the original product(s). This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. All expressed and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, except as stated above.
