Sentry Group provides a limited warranty for all (excluding Cash and Key boxes) the products we manufacture. The terms of the warranty consist of 1 year from the date of purchase (a dated receipt is required as proof of purchase).

Shipping Information

This safe can be shipped with your choice of four levels of service outlined below:

Dock-to-Dock
Delivery from truck to commercial loading dock. Customer is responsible for unloading product, fi nal placement, unpack and debris removal. Not available for residential deliveries.

Curbside
Delivery personnel will present goods to ground level at rear of delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for final movement of goods, unpack and debris removal.

Threshold
Delivery personnel will place goods inside first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four (4) steps exterior to first doorway. Customer is responsible for final placement, unpack and debris removal.

Full Inside Service
Delivery includes inside placement to room of choice, unpack and debris removal. Includes maximum carry of 20 stair steps. Please call for any site-specific service requirements.
