Sentry Group provides a limited warranty for all (excluding Cash and Key boxes) the products we manufacture. The terms of the warranty consist of 1 year from the date of purchase (a dated receipt is required as proof of purchase).

Shipping Information

This safe can be shipped with your choice of four levels of service outlined below:

Dock-to-Dock
Business-to-business sales with delivery to a dock with appropriate dock plates. LTL carrier backs to customer dock. Customer is responsible for off-loading product, locating safe, unpacking, pallet and dunnage removal.

Liftgate Truck
A liftgate to lower the safe to the ground can be provided for customers that have the facilities to self-install and move the safes/files but do not have a loading dock or forklift. Customer is responsible for off-loading product, locating safe, unpacking, pallet and dunnage removal.

Truck-to-Ground With Inside Placement
Sentry's LTL carrier will deliver and unload to curbside by liftgate or man lift and deliver to inside location just over threshold. Carrier will not go up stairs (inside or outside), deliver to room of choice, unpack or remove pallet and dunnage.

Full Service White Glove
Sentry's full service carrier will move product from trailer to ground by liftgate, move safe inside to designated room, unpack and locate safe. Removal/movement of doors, railings, furniture nor any movements which could damage product or property are NOT included. Service includes up to two (2) flights of stairs, 10 steps per flight.
