Returns Information
Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization must be obtained by calling our customer service department at 800-928-1656. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, costs for shipping safe to you originally, and returned on a freight prepaid basis.

A little tricky to figure out that the opening level only works one way and it is not obvious which way without trial and error, and it can lock out when the lid is open which was a pain, but the box it pretty sturdy and good enough to keep the little ones safe so I give it a good rating.Service Comments:

I was looking for a small gun safe at a reasonable price that used a non-electronic push button system, and the Compact Safe fit the bill. It's fast to open and easy to recode, and has enough room for one or two pistols and spare magazines. I would have liked to see a couple of holes that could be used in bolting the safe to a surface, but those were easily added.Service Comments:

I bolted this to a cubby hole in my headboard and there's no way to break this off without destroying the headboard. Even if you got it off you couldn't possibly pry it open. My pistol is absolutely safe from burglars or kids, even ingenious teenagers! They make a larger model that can hold two pistols if you need that too.Service Comments:
