Shipping is included to all our Continental U.S. customers (Alaska and Hawaii customers please contact us for shipping costs before placing order). Please enter shipping address carefully. Incorrect shipping addresses will result in extra shipping charges for the customer. If customer changes mind once a safe has shipped customer will be responsible for freight to and from the delivery address as well as restocking fee.

Safes shipped via FedEx Ground, will arrive in 2-7 business days

Returns Information

Returns for safes other than damaged/defective are possible up to 14 days after delivery date and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a safe has shipped customer will be responsible for shipping cost to and from the delivery address. Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization for returns must be obtained by calling our customer service department at 800-928-1656.

Comments:

Very easy to install, I used longer screws. I believe it should come with pegboard and a shelf OR two for the price. Would have liked this to have some type of pistol rack as an option and perhaps an interior light. Only holds about 2 AR rifles comfortably and that is putting them sideways when they have sights or scopes attached. Measure your items and compare to the size.

Comments:

For what it is (a wall safe), you would be hard-pressed to find one better. Solid construction, easy to install, push-button combination lock for emergencies, key locks for when you're away. Very spacious inside, especially compared to competing products. Knocking off one star because, for expensive as the safe is (and I don't mind if price is reflected in build quality, which it most certainly is), the accessories for the safe are a bit over-priced.

I was a little weary since I had not done business with them before, but the ordering process was easy, payment was easy, the CORRECT products arrived QUICKLY and were packed with care so as to prevent damage in transit. Very impressed, and would definitely do business with again.
