Description

The DocuGem H230 Hotel Safe has two solid steel locking bolts and concealed door hinges are some of the standard security features of this safe. This solid safe has a credit card feature that allows most cards with an electronic strip like credit cards and drivers license to lock and unlock the safe. The DocuGem H230 Hotel Safe has an electronic override that can be set by management as well as a key lock override for emergencies. The DocuGem H230 Hotel Safe is user friendly and compact making it the safe of choice for hotels, nursing homes, motels, universities, hospitals, gyms and private homes.

Product Warranty: All Docugem products offer a full 1 year warranty on lock mechanisms and safe body. This warranty will be honored only upon proof of purchase.

Shipping is included to all our Continental U.S. customers (Alaska and Hawaii customers please contact us for shipping costs before placing order).

Usually ships within 2 business days via UPS or FedEx, delivery will be an additional 2-7 business days. Please enter shipping address carefully. Incorrect shipping addresses will result in extra shipping charges for the customer.

Returns Information

Returned Goods Authorization: Returns for safes other than damaged/defective are possible up to 14 days after delivery date and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for freight to and from the delivery address. Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired or replaced immediately at no cost to customer. Authorization must be obtained by calling our customer service department at 800-928-1656. Obsolete, discontinued or special products are not returnable.
