The Secure Mail Vault is the first truly secure residential mailbox designed to eliminate the problem of identity theft through stolen mail. The Secure Mail Vault combines imaginative design and durable function to bring you optimal mail security. Mail Indicator Lights- On the outside of the Secure Mail Vault there is a green light and red light. The green light indicates mail has been delivered and is ready for retrieval. When mail is retrieved the green light will turn off.
The powder coated galvanized steel body is made to last. It installs easily onto a powder coated steel post using the hardware provided. The outer door is utilized by the postman for out-bound mail pick-up. The Mail Vault's unique style adds curb appeal to any home landscape.

The Product is guaranteed for one year against manufacturer defects or malfunctions. In the event of failure ETL will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where ETL inspection discloses any defects occurring in normal usage. To obtain warranty service contact ETL, either through your Dealer, Catalog, Home Center or ETailer, or by writing ETL at the address below. Calls are also accepted at 2095293546. Proof of purchase from the original consumer (original sales receipt) must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by use of other than genuine ETL parts are not covered by this warranty. Please do NOT return your product without first contacting ETL.
Product Registry
All products must be registered within 30 days of purchase in order to be covered by the ETL warranty. Products may be registered by completing and returning the attached warranty card.
Conditions
This warranty does not cover loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from alteration, misuse or abuse of the product, or from its installation or removal (including scratching). ETL's liability under this warranty shall not in any case exceed the contract price for the product. ETL reserves the right to make changes and improvements in its products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. No one is authorized to assume any other liability for ETL in connection with this product. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights under state law.
1. Proof of purchase, in form of an invoice or packing slip
2. Photo of the defective, damaged or wrong safe shipped. Photo can be hard copy or digital version sent via email
3. Short description explaining the problem with the safe
Returns for buyer’s remorse (don’t like color, size etc) are not accepted. Only damaged, defective or incorrect safes may be returned.
