Safes under 125lbs ship via UPS or FedEx ground. All other safe are shipped with your choice of four levels of service outlined below:

Delivery from truck to commercial loading dock.
Customer is responsible for unloading product,
final placement, unpack and debris removal. Not
available for residential deliveries.
Curbside
Delivery personnel will present goods to ground
level at rear of delivery vehicle. Customer is
responsible for final movement of goods, unpack
and debris removal.
Threshold
Delivery personnel will place goods inside first
exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes
up to four (4) steps exterior to first doorway.
Customer is responsible for final placement,
unpack and debris removal.
Full Inside
Delivery personnel remove goods from truck, place goods in room of
choice, and complete unpack and debris removal. Includes lift gate
service and stair carry of 0-4 internal and external steps. Does not
include site preparation or protection. Please call for
any site-specific service requirements.
Damaged safes must be reported within 1 business day of receipt, concealed damage within 7 business days. If you have questions, please give us a call at 1-800-928-1656 for assistance with placing your order.
Sentry® Advanced Office Safes are water-resistant to protect contents from water damage.
The Sentry Group Quality Department has subjected our water-resistant safes to the following conditions:
- tested for 15 minutes with up to 1,000 gallons of water spray
- tested for 1 hour standing in 6 inches of water

Having difficulty with factory combination. Safe does not always open when combination is entered.....and, yes, we're doing it correctly. We very apprehensive about setting our own combination since the safe is so difficult to open.Service Comments:

Excellent service. Shipping was a pain though. I had to drive 15 min down the road to meet the driver of the truck because it was a full size rig that could not travel on normal roads. Might want to hire smaller trucks too deliver. Carrying that safe up two flights of steps by myself was a pain also....BOTTOM LINE
