Returns Information
Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization must be obtained by calling our customer service department at 800-928-1656. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, costs for shipping safe to you originally, and returned on a freight prepaid basis.

Great product! Perfect fit for my Remington 870 tactical. Sits up high and the keypad is down low. Had a hard time finding a safe for a single shotgun for the bedroom. Also, I like the fact that for extra safety, like when the house is full of 5 yr olds playing hide and seek, there are additional locks at the top and bottom when quick access is not needed.
