Mesa Returns Information
Safe(s) can be returned for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be approved by an authorized Mesa Safe representative and returned with a required "RA" number - please contact us at cs@totalsecuritystore.com to receive your RA. Safes must be returned with original contents and must be received in an approved Mesa Safe warehouse undamaged and unused within 7 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. All freight charges (to and from) are non-refundable. All safe returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in “brand new” resalable condition. If the product is returned and it is not in “brand new” resalable conditions, you will not be refunded/credited and you will be responsible for any handling/shipping charges to get this product back to your location if so desired. If any of the packaged accessories have been used (example: batteries, hardware, etc…) there will be a replacement charge. The product will be inspected upon arrival and refunded according to the above policy.
Cancellations
Because transaction fees are not refundable, cancellations are subject to those fees, and will vary depending on payment method. Please place orders carefully.
