V-Line Returns Information
Returns for safes other than damaged/defective are possible up to 14 days after delivery date and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once a safe has shipped customer will be responsible for shipping cost to and from the delivery address. Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization for returns must be obtained by contacting our customer service department at cs@totalsecuritystore.com
Cancellations
Because transaction fees are not refundable, cancellations are subject to those fees, and will vary depending on payment method. Please place orders carefully.
