The Gunvault MV500 MicroVault's unique netbook design looks perfect on a bedside table, yet lets you take your pistol with you. Set your own combination to this handgun safe and with the push of a few buttons on the no-eyes keypad, it pops open to reveal your weapon, money, jewelry or other valuables. (If you would like one with a biometric fingerprint lock take a look at the Gunvault MVB500.)Compact and lightweight, it will fit in a briefcase or a backpack for on-the-go protection.

The lock on this handgun box is powered by a standard nine-volt alkaline battery that is hidden in a battery compartment in the base of the box. Just slide open the door and tug on the ribbon to remove the battery when the time comes to change it, attach the new one, slip it back into the box, and then slide the door back onto the compartment. If the battery happens to die, you can open this box with a key that is provided with the box.

It measures 11" x 8-1/2" x 2-1/4" on the exterior and 10-3/4" x 6-1/2" x 2" on the inside. It weighs about five pounds. A great handgun safe for on the go, it comes with a four foot security cable that has a swagged loop on one end and a stopper swagged to the other end. You secure it to a large item by looping the flexible cable around the item and then placing the swagged stopper into the unit and shutting it to keep from someone walking away with it.

Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. Authorization must be obtained by calling our customer service department at 800-928-1656 within 48 hours of receipt. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, costs for shipping safe to you originally, and returned on a freight prepaid basis.
