The safe is great...however the directions were not that easy to understand and we had problems trying to figure out the code to open the safe. After some searching we found it on the website....

The first safe was damaged when it was delivered to my house I refused to sign for it. Total Security and the Hollon Safe company were very helpful when I reported the damage. The second safe was promised on one day at 4:00 and I finally had to cancel at 5:30 when it hadn't arrived. It came the next day and did have a small dent in the back. We went ahead and accepted it anyway. I would order from Total Security and Hollan safe again but not so sure about the shipping company they use.

Nice quality safe. I Would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a good fire-proof safe with added theft protection especially if it it bolted to the floor. It was everything I expected with the exception of the following. At the time of purchase the Website description said it had '3-way locking chrome bolt work'. It actually only has 2 on the door opening side and 2 fixed bolts on the hinge side. I would also suggest it be shipped with a cardboard pad between the pallet and the safe bottom to avoid scratches on the bottom. It arrived promptly with some scratches on the bottom underside. Detailed instructions for setting and changing the electronic combination lock can be found on the website.

Service was excellent!

The safe is exactly as described - NO surprises!

HOWEVER the manufacturer could use someone whose primary language is English to write the instructions - they are very poor.

The service provided by Total Security could not have been better - the follow-up (due to errors ignorance and inconsistency by the shipper) was timely courteous and very much appreciated!

Very impressed with the safe. It is very heavy but will slide across carpet to move from room to room and even flip end over end to move up stairs pushing it with your shoulder. Changing the combination can be a challenge but was finally successful. Would have given 5 stars if combination change instructions had been more clear.
