Solid build quality and the convenience of not charging or replacing batteries. This is the first push button mechanical lock I have owned and I love it. Minor down side is the knob to open safe should be a little more flush with the pull handle!

Easy to install and easy to set up. It is unobtrusive and holds two handguns with extra magazines with no problem.

I have not used customer service so I can't comment on it.
