Everything someone needs for securing valuable items at home. Easy to install and easy to use. This size is ideal for securing a laptop when needed. We are so glad that we have it.

Just like the hotel safes we are accustomed to this safe is sturdy and the locking mechanism is flawless. It was easy to securely attach to the wall.

The first safe we received had been damaged in shipping. The door was jammed and would not open. One call to the company resulted in a replacement safe being shipped immediately. It arrived in excellent condition.

Well I really like the product; however when I received this particular safe it was scratched and made a screeching noise when opening and closing the safe.

Once I contacted the company to state my probllems with the product they immediately shipped me another safe. Which I am extremely happy with.

We really like the safe we purchased. Using it in our condo we rent.

I called customer service when we got the safe it wasn't working. They said that the wiring on the inside panel commonly comes disconnected in transit because of how they are crossed so they told me to open it up and re-connect a wire after which the safe has worked great!

When I called one of the phone numbers didn't even work. Please check the manuals you send out with the black safe I ordered. When I went to the website it said it was under construction. I later emailed and someone did call me back they were friendly and walked me through how to rewire the safe.

- Serves the purpose of locking away your valuables from prying eyes/hands.
- Battery runs down way too fast and have to use key to unlock.
- Door 'squeaks' when opened and closed.

Have not had a need to contact anyone.

I bought this for a rental beach house in Florida and it is has been so nice to use that we purchased another for home.
Perfect size for home or vacationers away from home who want to keep their belongings safe.

Excellent! I had trouble with one of the safe opening when I received it and they worked with me online to try and fix it. When that was not successful they had a new one out immediately and it worked perfectly.

Very attractive and functional safe in which to store valuables. The safe arrived with a damaged keypad/card reader unit as a result of rough handling by UPS. Mesa Safe company was good about sending another door which included the a new keypad/card reader unit. The door was easy to install.

Had a problem opening because the coding wouldn't work - error messages. Company sent a replacement door but the problem returned naturally just after the warranty expired. It now has to be manually opened.

The service was very prompt & courteous. Tech support was good - too bad the problem wasn't resolved.

Two of the safes were broken when we got them and it took a while to get them replaced!

Overall after a little discussion with the rep one of the safe was replaced.

Great for dorm room security. Purchased cable lock which fit through the pre-drilled holes in the back of the safe to lock the safe to the bed. Did the trick and my daughter was able to secure her laptop down to her ipod in the safe when it was not needed. With all the thefts in college dorms today well worth the money upfront.

Arrived promptly easy the set up and directions were very clear. Very easy to secure in place no problems setting 'codes'. Over-all an excellent product at a fair price. I compared to other brands before my purchase...this was the best safe and deal.
