This safe is even nicer then I expected. It is well built and looks good. I have it in my home and it is bolted to the floor so I know the items in it are well protected. I like the shelves having a felt covering on them to protect items from getting scratched or damaged.

Due to a number of mix-ups I did not receive my safe when I was suppose to. When it finally got to the Locksmith who was delivering it to the house and setting it up it arrived at the house hours after the time they were suppose to arrive. My son had taken off work to be here when it arrived and after waiting 3 1/2 hours past the expected delivery time he had to get back to work. When they knew they were going to be that late the should have called me and let me know when to expect them. Then my son would not have wasted those hours. When it finally got here the men were very good at unloading it and getting it set up the way I wanted it.

I received the safe and it was excatly as described on the web page. This safe is excellent and works very well. The price is unbeatable with free cube side delivery. I made a great choice and I'm happy with the safe.

I communicated with Shannon at Totalsecuritystore.com and it was great.
She answered all of my questions and gave my info that I requested on the safe. Very good customer service.

I had a problem after I received the safe I lost combination and when I called for help I was treated so nice I wish I could remember the mans name but he made sure I was owner He made me prove that I was the owner I had to send the paper work and it was really good to know that your company cares so much. The safe is great it is better than one I left behind that cost twice as much.

Great service!! The people with whom I spoke were knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me the pros and cons of the types of locks and helped me make my decision. The delivery was quick and easy. I have had this safe for a year now and have been very happy with it. The overall quality fit and finish guns are easy to store in it and the lock and door work smoothly and securely. Seems well built and heavy duty and I have had safes from Liberty and Snap Lock Safes and like this one better. Can get crowded with a lot of long guns but for 6-8 it has plenty of room.

Service was smooth and trouble free.
